BASEMENT SEWAGE INJECTOR PUMP REPLACEMENT
“I contacted Dan at Black Forest as my basement sewage pump was running continuously, I left a voicemail in the evening and got a call back inquiring if emergency or not. Since it wasn't, we arranged an appointment for next day at 9 am. Mat arrived promptly, assessed the pump and provided repair options from replacing the float to pump replacement. I opted for a clean install of new pump which he commenced and completed in approx. 1 hr. Great professional installation and would recommend highly.”

“The sewer ejector pump in our basement was on the fritz where it ran and ran without shutting off. I called Black Forest because I had seen their truck around town and knew they were local. The pump was old, and the plumber told me he could diagnose it for a cost or replace it. I thought it might be the switch, but the cost of replacing just that part on a pump I knew was about 10 years old seemed to be a bad financial bet. I opted to replace the pump. It was installed and done, very cleanly, after about an hour. They also put in a check valve where there hadn't been one before. The service was friendly and clean. I have a bathroom reno coming up and based on this experience I will probably call them back to do some of that work too.”

SEWAGE PUMP & WELL PUMP REPLACEMENTS
“I just moved into this new house and shortly after our sewage pump went. I called Black Forest Plumbing and Andy was sent out first thing in the morning to replace the pump. All is working great. Shortly after that I came home from holidays to find my well pump was not working. Once again Matt was sent out first thing in the morning and replaced it as well.
